Note: A small percentage families have had problems when they click the PayPal button. The error message tells them
"Sorry - your last action could not be completed". The issue seems to be related to using certain versions and settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) in "frames" - we have found a few simple ways to address this issue...
1. Open our Course/Moodle site in a separate browser window and go to "my.brightonacademy.net" -
Brighton Academy Course Link. If you are not automatically logged in, you can do so by clicking the "login" link in the top right of the window and enter your username and password for the Brighton Academy website. Once logged in, you can navigate to the class and select the PayPal button. From there you should not have issues proceeding to PayPal and paying for a class. Note you only need to do this when you are paying for classes. Once classes are paid for, going to courses via website tab should work fine.
2. Download and use the Google Chrome Browser -
Google Chrome Download. We have not had any reported problems with Chrome.
