Behavior Code of Conduct

Rom 13:12 …Let us therefore lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

While at Brighton and while using Brighton's Website, I will be respectful of my teachers, other students, and church property.   I will behave respectfully in my speech, actions, and will comply with the dress code.  I will not do anything illegal while at Brighton.  I will not swear.  My speech will be encouraging to others.  I will only eat in designated areas and I will clean up any mess I make.  I will put forth an effort to complete my required assignment and tests. I realize that failure to behave respectfully or meet academic requirements will lead to disciplinary action.

Disciplinary action:

First offense:  Teacher will speak with student.

Second offense:  Teacher will send student to speak with the Principal or Operations Manager and the parent will be notified.

Third offense:  A parent/principal/student meeting will be held to discuss repeated behavior.

Fourth offense:  Student will be expelled from school with no refund of tuition, books, or registration fee.
