Fees and Tuition Policy

 

 

Adding/Dropping Classes:

 

If a student drops a class in the first week, the student will be reimbursed 80% of their tuition.  If a student drops a class in the second week, they will receive 50% of their tuition.   After the second week, all tuition is non-refundable, as teachers need to be paid for holding this spot in their class.  The school is under contract to pay the teacher according to these rules.

 

Classes not offered:

 

Classes will not be offered if the enrollment drops below eight students unless the teacher decides to teach the class with fewer students.  The speech class will be offered if there are 10 or more students enrolled.  If the class is not offered, class fees will be refunded in full to the families.
